Frankston Hyundai / Subaru is a reputable new and used car dealer in the Bayside region, committed to providing excellent purchase and delivery experiences. We have a dedicated team focused on total customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join our New Vehicle Sales team to coordinate the supply and delivery of new vehicles to our customers.

This is a full-time Senior Stock Controller role. The ideal candidate is mature, self-motivated, hardworking, well-presented, and capable of thriving in a busy environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing the flow of vehicles from factory order to delivery to customers
  • Maintaining and operating the dealership's inventory system
  • Booking vehicles in and out of stock
  • Sourcing and allocating vehicles, including swaps
  • Generating stock reports and lists
  • Coordinating pre-delivery of new vehicles
  • Communicating with management, sales teams, and administration staff
Ideal applicant:
  • Previous dealership stock control experience
  • Knowledge of Pentana and Microsoft Excel
  • Self-driven with high personal commitment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Well-organized and customer-focused
