Assistant Stock Controller

About the Role
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Assistant Stock Controller to join the easyauto123 Brooklyn team. This role is key in supporting the dealership's operations by managing vehicle inventory from arrival through to delivery, ensuring accuracy across all stages of the stock process.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and oversee our vehicle inventory
- Coordinate vehicle data, Advertising Blurbs & stock movements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records
- Liaise with transport companies, and internal departments
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations
- Monitor and report on stock levels, availability, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with internal and external stock procedures
Skills & Experience
- Experience in stock control or administration, ideally in automotive
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Confidence using systems (ERA, Pentana or similar is a bonus)
- Current driver's licence
