**What you'll do
**The primary objective of the role is to maintain and deepen relationships with existing enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, loyalty and revenue growth. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic plans to drive account growth, managing a high value customer portfolio, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver account portfolio revenue growth. Key outcomes include increased account retention rates, enhanced customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (Decision Maker level) in existing enterprise accounts
- Regularly meet with key customers to understand their needs and opportunities
- Act as the overall account owner for escalation and issue resolution for our largest and most valuable key accounts
- Lead and manage contract renewals and negotiations for key customers for portfolioCreate and document comprehensive account plans outlining strategies and tactics for retaining and growing individual enterprise accounts
- **What you'll bring
- 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts
- Extensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level accounts
- Experience in handling contract renewals and negotiationsExperience in analysing market trends and customer feedback to inform strategy
