Role Description

This is an hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, overseeing project timelines, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
  • Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Project Coordination skills
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Budget Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
