We are currently working with a small yet dynamic organisation that specialises in supporting people with brain injuries and degenerative neurological conditions.
They are seeking a full-time Team Leader to oversee their busy NDIS Support Coordination team.About the RoleThe Team Leader will provide leadership and oversight of the NDIS Support Coordination team ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance and achievement of organisational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the delivery of NDIS Support Coordination servicesManage the intake of NDIS referrals and allocate participants to Support CoordinatorsSupervise staff providing both day-to-day guidance and formal monthly supervisionConduct regular audits to ensure compliance and meet financial targetsAssist the General Manager of Operations with NDIS Quality and Safety compliance auditsManage a small caseload where requiredEssential RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator or in a similar leadership roleStrong knowledge of NDIS standards and compliance requirementsHigh level of emotional intelligence, empathy and the ability to problem-solve by thinking outside the boxStrong leadership skills with a collaborative team-oriented approachAbility to support and guide staff while stepping in to assist when requiredHigh level of discretion and empathy in managing sensitive information and situationsStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsCertificate IV, tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experienceDesirableUnderstanding of the impact of brain injury and degenerative neurological conditionsExperience in auditing processesThis is a full-time permanent role offering a competitive remuneration package, including salary packaging benefits.
