The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced NDIS Coordinator / Office Manager to join our team in Preston. This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday) responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth service delivery across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations and team coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage onboarding of new participants.
  • Handle rostering and workforce planning.
  • Lead recruitment, induction, and training of staff.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to support growth initiatives.
  • Provide leadership to maintain high service quality and participant satisfaction.

About You

  • Previous experience in NDIS, disability services, or healthcare sector (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance, standards, and participant onboarding.
  • Experience in rostering, recruitment, and HR processes.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
