**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our expanding Support Coordination team on an ongoing, full-time basis at our Western Melbourne office (Werribee). You will come twice a week to our Geelong's office to meet with your team and your manager.

Your role will see you leading a team of support coordinators to provide high quality and individualised services or support to help our participants reach their best potential.

Our existing Support Coordination Team is highly valued for their expertise, responsiveness and problem-solving abilities. Are you ready to guide the team and participants to greater success?

**Some of your responsibilities**:

- Provide positive leadership to Support Coordination team.
- Identify and promote team development and growth.
- Ensure all team members are working within NDIS Practice Standards
- Promote best service delivery possible for all participants.

**To be eligible for this role, you will need to present**:

- Victorian Driver's License
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination status (includes booster)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
