About Nadrasca
Nadrasca is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee providing services to people with a disability and is a Registered NDIS Provider.
Nadrasca joined with Brite in April 2025 to form cape group, a newly formed brand resulting from the merger of the two NDIS registered providers with a combined 120 years in operation across the eastern and northern suburbs.
Together, we provide a range of services for people with disability, including home and living supports, social and community participation activities, youth employment assistance, supported employment, and NDIS support coordination.

The Position
The NDIS Support Coordinator is responsible for implementing the Support Coordination of NDIS participants, as determined by each individual's NDIS Plan.
The position is accountable and reports to the Team Leader, Support Coordination for the efficient, safe, and effective delivery of a range of tasks within predetermined budget, quality, and time constraints. The incumbent has authority and discretion to act within established operational and budget guidelines as determined by the Team Leader, Support Coordination and/or other relevant persons, and within the constraints of various legislation, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participant Empowerment & Capacity Building: Support NDIS participants to build capacity, exercise choice and control, and navigate formal, informal, and community-based services to foster independence.
- Service Coordination & Goal Alignment: Identify, coordinate, and monitor a range of supports and services tailored to participant needs, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation: Collaborate with participants' support networks, including families, NDIA Planners, and Local Area Coordinators, providing guidance on NDIS pathways and processes.
- Budget Monitoring & Compliance: Track NDIS plan expenditure, manage billable hours, and ensure support coordination is delivered according to the agreed schedule, maintaining accurate records in line with legislative requirements.
- Innovative Support Solutions: Deliver exceptional customer service through personalised support strategies, continually seeking innovative service delivery opportunities and strengthening formal and informal support systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- In-depth understanding of the NDIS, including Support Coordination functions and levels (Support Connection, Coordination of Supports, Plan Management).
- Ability to navigate and maximise NDIS packages through assertive, timely, and professional coordination.
- Proven experience in leveraging community resources to help participants achieve their goals.
- Competence in case management and coordinating supports for individuals with disabilities in various settings.
- Familiarity with the Disability Act 2006, disability service policies, and financial procedures like quoting and budgeting.
Skills and Attributes
- Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
- Excels in advocacy, report writing, and building cooperative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Values diversity, practises empathy, and maintains a respectful, non-judgmental approach.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent time management, prioritisation, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases, financially literate, and holds a valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
