Risk Services Executive

Our client, one of Perth's leading Member's based Insurance Companies, is seeking an experienced Risk Services Executive to join their team.
PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.
We are partnering with our client, one of Perth's leading Member's based Insurance Companies, is seeking an experienced Risk Services Executive to join their West Perth team. This role will be approximately 3 months, possibly longer and is offering full time hours and an immediate start.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Proving support for members and clients
- Cross & upsell products.
- Work closely with Risk Services Officers to provide the best service to members.
- Proactively manage client questions and concerns.
**To be successful in this role you should possess**:
- 2 + years customer service experience (required)
- Experience in a sales position
- Previous experience in Insurance is highly desirable
- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Skilled in MS Office, including Excel
