Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Account Executive, located in West Perth, WA. The Assistant Account Executive will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, assist with policy renewals, and manage client communications. Responsibilities also include supporting account executives, preparing insurance documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate will need to maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters, and ensure all insurance needs are met promptly and efficiently. Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative tasks and client communications
  • Skills in policy renewals and preparing insurance documentation
  • Ability to support account executives, brokers and maintain accurate records
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong team player
