About ERS
We are a veteran owned and operated company employing over 500 staff, specialising in crisis management and risk mitigation services with a global reach. We protect your people, your business and reputation.
Executive Risk Solutions (ERS) helps organisations and individuals mitigate a range of risks across hostile, remote and complex environments. We identify, plan and respond fast, giving you the advice, assurance and action you need.
Our highly qualified team brings extensive real-world experience and specialist skills to effectively respond to your needs.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a confident, capable leader who's passionate about delivering exceptional client service and driving high performing teams. In this key role, you'll oversee our health sector security portfolio, managing daily operations while nurturing strong client relationships.
This Perth based role will be based at our Applecross location and focus on our health portfolio, with the scope to expand across multiple sites as our portfolio grows. You'll be the primary point of contact for our client, ensuring professional, proactive, reliable, and tailored service delivery. At the same time, you'll lead your team with purpose; supporting their development, maintaining high compliance standards, and ensuring operational excellence across all contracts.
You'll be supported by our ERS team and will report directly to the General Manager, Operational Services.
This position requires autonomy, and a proactive mindset. You'll be trusted to make key decisions, support and develop our people. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to provide a safe, secure environment in a range of healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day to day security operations across multiple sites for the health portfolio
- Act as the primary liaison for the client, fostering a strong, solutions focused relationship
- Working closely with the people and mobilisation team for onboarding, training, rostering, and performance of security personnel
- Ensure compliance with all client, contractual, and regulatory standards
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and emergency response planning
- Drive ongoing improvements in service delivery, team performance, and operational processes
- Conduct regular site visits to proactively support our people and teams
About You
You're a strong communicator, a natural team player, and someone who leads by example. Whether you've already managed teams or are ready to take the next step in your career, you're confident in your ability to bring people together, solve problems calmly, and deliver great service.
You thrive in dynamic environments and know how to get the best out of those around you. You're organised, approachable, and proactive, someone who sees what needs to be done and makes it happen.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in security, operations, or client-facing roles, with a passion for leading people
- A collaborative mindset and a clear, confident communication style
- A desire to step into a leadership role and grow your career
- The ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both clients and team members
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Relevant certifications, or willingness to obtain:
- Certificate II/III in Security Operations
- WA Security Licence
- Current Police Clearance
- First Aid Certificate
- Valid Driver's Licence
Why Join Us?
This is your chance to make a tangible impact, both in the communities we protect and within the team you lead. If you're a proactive leader who thrives on accountability, values quality service, and enjoys building great teams, we'd love to hear from you.
