Our client, one of Perth's leading Member's based Insurance Companies, seeking an experienced Risk Services Executive to join their team.

**RISK SERVICES OFFICER**

PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.

We are partnering with our client, one of Perth's leading Member's based Insurance Companies, seeking an experienced Risk Services Executive to join their West Perth team. This role will initially be for approximately 3 months with the strong possibility of extending longer. Offering full time hours and a start early in the new year.

Location: West Perth

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Full time hours, Mon - Fri

**The Role**:

- Proving exceptional support and product knowledge for members and clients
- Providing renewal quotes and following up on acceptance / renewal reminders within the specified time frame of company policy
- Cross & upsell products.
- Work closely with Risk Services Officers to provide the best service to members.
- Proactively manage client questions and concerns.

**To be successful in this role you should possess**:

- 1 - 2 + years customer service experience preferably within a call centre environment
- Experience in a sales position
- **Previous experience in Insurance is highly desirable**:

- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Skilled in MS Office, including Excel
