Early Learning Director Role
This exceptional leadership position is an opportunity for a dedicated and visionary educator to spearhead the Early Learning Centre.
Inspire and lead a team of passionate educators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in early childhood education.
Develop and implement high-quality teaching programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework, ensuring optimal learning outcomes for students.
Oversee the School's Out of School Hours Care service, guaranteeing a safe and nurturing environment for children beyond regular hours.
Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community, promoting mutual understanding and support.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement and growth within the Centre.
Champion wellbeing, inclusivity, and diversity across the Centre, creating a welcoming environment for all.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and its application in educational settings.
Proven experience in people management, team leadership, and staff development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the wider community.
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a relevant qualification.
