About the Early Childhood Education Leader Role

The Early Childhood Education Leader is responsible for overseeing the management and development of a centre, guiding professionals and delivering a bespoke learning program.

  • Lead and develop a talented team of early childhood education professionals
  • Deliver our high-quality learning program to ensure the best outcomes for children
  • Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, maintaining a revenue-generating business

  • Our centre is located in a fast-growing area, just 5 minutes outside of Elizabeth, and has a variety of native animals on its doorstep
What You'll Need
  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead others to achieve common goals.
