**Job Description**

  • As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for the overall direction and strategy of our Early Childhood Education and Care Service.

You will enjoy world-class facilities and resources, as well as incredible in-service support from a full-time Service Administrator and Curriculum Leader. You will also have autonomy and ownership of the Service's operation while receiving dedicated support from the Management Team.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team to achieve exceptional outcomes for children and educators;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to support local families and their children;
  • Being a voice for all children and educators;
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and excellence in Early Childhood Education and Care.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Education;
  • Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain;
  • Experience leading a team is highly regarded.
