Job Title:

Early Childhood Education Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our early childhood education initiatives. As the initial Centre Director, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering positive community engagement, and delivering exceptional quality early learning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality early childhood services that value families and educators while meeting regulatory standards.
  • Support and guide the team to execute our values and objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and our standards.
  • Oversee service presentation standards and ensure consistency across all centres.
  • Manage centre performance, ensuring efficient rostering and recruitment aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure all eligible funding is received.

Safety & Compliance:

Champion our safety framework to maximise child and staff wellbeing. Proactively identify, report, and mitigate risks and potential issues. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and resolve any issue effectively.

About You:

You are a genuine and accountable person who has a positive mindset. A person that truly cares about our families, children and team. An inspiring leader, and a passionate advocate for quality early childhood education.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within early childhood education or childcare services.
  • Strong financial skills, including cost accountability and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of government funding and requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing culturally diverse teams.
  • Tertiary qualification in Children's Services, Education, or equivalent.
