Early Childhood Education Leader


About the Role:

This leadership position is responsible for creating and implementing early childhood programs that promote learning, growth, and development of young children. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to guide and support educators in delivering high-quality programs that align with our organization's values.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and implement engaging programs that cater to diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among educators, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Inspiring Environments: Ensure the physical environment is safe, stimulating, and conducive to learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role in an early childhood setting.
  • Strong knowledge of NQF and EYLF frameworks.
  • Valid First Aid and Working with Children Check certifications.
