Early Childhood Education Opportunity

At our esteemed institution, we seek a dedicated and passionate professional to lead the implementation of our Early Learning Centre's curriculum.

  • In collaboration with the Educational Leader and other Teachers, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-quality educational programs for young children.
  • As a mentor and coach, you will support colleagues in achieving strategic objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within our team.
  • You will work closely with the Educational Leader and Team to assess children's progress, evaluate learning outcomes, and inform instruction.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with parents/families are essential components of this role, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and support to our community.
  • Our ideal candidate will possess expertise in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging learning programs and environments for children, guided by best practices in Australian EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework).
  • They will also be committed to working within a legal and ethical framework, adhering to national regulations and standards set by the National Quality Framework.

  • Appropriate qualification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the standards set by the National Quality Framework, the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Knowledge and experience in the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Thorough understanding and implementation of a play-based curriculum.
  • Behaviour management skills reflecting restorative practices and ability to develop and demonstrate positive behaviour strategies and support children's learning.
  • High-level interpersonal skills and experience in working with staff, parents, and students.
  • Strong problem-solving, flexibility, priority setting, and time management skills.
