**About the Client**

My client is at the forefront of innovation in onsite laboratory testing. Their commitment to excellence has made them a leader in the industry, and I am currently searching for a talented individual to help further hit their objectives and drive growth through strategic customer relationships, with top tier mining clients.

They are a global organisation and a leader in precision measurement and analytics, with major sectors covered in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, primary and advanced materials.

**Responsibilities**

This role is key to the organisation and its growth plans. Currently circa 10% of revenue comes from strategic accounts.

Effectively you will be targeting and developing the top tier mining organisations. You will develop strong, enduring partnerships with these strategic customers, positioning yourself as their trusted partner at all levels, including Board level. You will establish and nurture relationships with key partners, focusing on Economic Buyers and developing Strategic Coaches for each Business unit.

You will take global ownership of customer accounts, coordinating all customer requirements and ensuring seamless interactions and be responsible for solution selling that addresses customers' critical business issues.

With your innovative approach, networking and relationship building, you will gain competitive intelligence, and be able to offer unique solutions to solve major client business challenges.

You will collaborate internally for best outcomes, be able to Identify Opportunities and be a strong negotiator.

**Qualifications**:

- A well-respected leader with a proven ability to influence and drive actions to conclusion.
- Expertise in establishing strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strategic planning and passion for new technologies.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding objectives.
- Self-starter who can operate with mínimal oversight.
- Keen networker with an extensive database of senior contacts.

**Education**:
Degree level or equivalent, ideally in a scientific or engineering discipline. MBA preferred.

**Experience**:
Extensive experience within the mining industry and familiarity with target accounts - such as the tier one mining companies.

Experience working within multi-disciplinary, EPC/EPCM multi-national project-based teams.

Ideally you will have technical, engineering, and/or scientific knowledge. Be commercially astute with a strategic mindset. Have a passion for providing
