As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively.
The role requires a deep understanding of the client's industry, market trends, and competitor landscape. You will conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategic solutions to enhance value delivery.
Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, driving revenue growth, and maximizing client lifetime value.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for designated key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, aligning our services to meet their needs effectively
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose tailored solutions to enhance value delivery
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, driving revenue growth and maximizing client lifetime value
- Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Advisory Services and key account management principles
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within a consulting or professional services environment
Preferred skills include a deep understanding of industry trends, market analysis, and strategic planning. Experience with sales pipeline management, proposal development, and contract negotiation is also highly desirable.
