
Strategic Account Manager

The role of a Customer Success Account Manager is pivotal in orchestrating cross-functional programs that deliver customer value and enable transformational customer outcomes. This position requires a strong delivery management capability, deep cloud and industry expertise, as well as the ability to build technical competency that supports customer advice.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for execution against Customer Success Contracts, partnering with key customer stakeholders to establish relationships and drive conversations that define strategic alignment between customer objectives and Microsoft's goals. You will also lead the delivery of Microsoft solutions, taking ownership of team coordination to accelerate production-level consumption across solution areas.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong educational background and relevant work experience. A Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field, along with 3+ years of solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience, is preferred. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of work or internship experience in a related field can also be considered.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft's products, technologies, and solutions, as well as relevant certifications such as Azure, M365, or competitor equivalents. Experience with project management, change management, and service management is also highly valued.
