**Your New Role**
The **Program Capacity, Implementation and Monitoring Manager** will be responsible for the oversight of PCYC's small to large scale multi-site, multifaceted core programs, working within a continuous improvement context. This role will be responsible for managing multiple and competing performance & financial reporting timelines across various local, state & commonwealth funding streams. The role will oversee PCYC service delivery platform working with the Core Program Managers to support clubs and their staff to meet youth and community needs in their respective communities.
**About You**
- At least 3 years' experience in Program Management with a relevant post-secondary qualification to at least undergraduate level
- Experience in leading and managing high performing teams
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, programs and budgets
- Ability to travel across the state as required
- Hold a current driver's licence and an RDA (or ability to obtain)
