About the Position
The position involves monitoring IT systems, analyzing performance data, creating performance dashboards and reports, assessing current and future capacity needs, developing capacity plans, optimizing systems and applications, and preparing regular performance and capacity reports.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing regular performance and capacity reports to stakeholders.

Requirements
Desirable requirements include technical experience in a large, complex ICT environment, proven experience in performance analysis, capacity planning, and system optimization, certification in ITIL or project management, and contemporary knowledge of Agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
