System Performance Expert

This role focuses on technical performance and capacity analysis to drive business success. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyse IT systems and applications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assess current and future capacity needs to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Optimise systems and applications to prevent over-provisioning and reduce costs.
  • Prepare regular performance and capacity reports to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Technical experience in a large, complex ICT environment.
  • Proven experience in performance analysis, capacity planning, and system optimisation.
  • Certification in ITIL or project management is an advantage.
  • Contemporary knowledge of Agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
