Portfolio Transformation Leader
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the execution of portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
This role involves contributing to transformation projects, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and escalate risks or blockers.
The successful candidate will champion AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and portfolio outcomes, develop high-impact content and reporting that informs executive decision-making, and engage senior stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on portfolio priorities.
In addition, this role requires identifying and leading initiatives to optimize business processes, applying structured methodologies to enhance value delivery.
Requirements
Experience in portfolio or project coordination, ideally within a technology or transformation context.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in content development and reporting tools.
Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
