  • Embed a project delivery governance framework for AUSPAC transformation projects focused on outcome and benefit realization, prioritizing stakeholder satisfaction and return on investment.

  • Extensive experience in business transformation and change delivery within complex organizations, leveraging expertise to drive success.
  • Exceptional project management and governance skills in traditional and agile approaches, ensuring adaptability and results-driven focus.
  • Strong people leadership skills, building strong culture and high performance of project management professionals, empowering them to excel.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, including ability to influence without authority, driving cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement.
