About The Role

We're seeking a Transformation and Portfolio Lead to shape and steer our strategic investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering high-quality outcomes across a diverse program landscape.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing team of Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters, while owning and evolving our delivery frameworks and ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing

• Governance Leadership: Design and embed governance frameworks that ensure strategic alignment, risk management, and executive oversight.
• Framework Ownership: Own and continuously improve project/program/portfolio management frameworks to drive consistency and scalability.
• Ways of Working Enablement: Champion efficient, collaborative, and outcomes-focused delivery methodologies.
• Community of Practice Leadership: Cultivate a thriving Project & Portfolio Management Community of Practice.
• Capability Building: Identify and close capability gaps through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leaders, delivery teams, and enabling functions to embed best practices.
• Quality Assurance & Reporting: Oversee assurance processes and deliver transparent, actionable performance insights to executives and the Board.
• Change Leadership: Promote adaptive, agile practices and a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, AIPM)
• Proven leadership in strategic portfolio governance within Financial Services
• Deep expertise in project delivery methodologies and transformation frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership in complex environments
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams toward high-quality outcomes
