About This Role

This is a pivotal leadership position that oversees the strategic direction of complex transformation and business initiatives within the Financial Services or Banking sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project management methodologies to drive consistent results across the organization.
  • Establish strong governance frameworks to ensure informed decision-making and successful portfolio oversight.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize resource allocation and drive enterprise-wide delivery assurance.
  • Monitor program and project performance against established objectives, key performance indicators, and budgetary constraints.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a PMO leadership role at an enterprise level, preferably within Financial Services or Banking.
  • Proven ability to establish and mature high-performing PMOs in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall), transformation frameworks, and strategic portfolio governance.
