Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing global and local standards for program funding, initiation, execution, and closure in alignment with our Change Initiative Policy and Reference Model.

  • Implement Global Standards:
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio-wide roadmap with key milestones and critical dependencies, leveraging global toolsets for transparency and alignment.
  • Manage Monthly Portfolio Walls, ExCo Obeya, and QBR cycles to support continuous planning and delivery, in collaboration with Business Units, Tribes, Centres of Excellence, and Technology Heads.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve portfolio management practices, while monitoring and reporting cross-tribe risks and dependencies.
Requirements
  • Transformation Experience:
  • 5+ years Project Management experience, Finance or Tech background preferred.
  • Proven experience in driving digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.
  • Proven practitioner experiences working with Agile & Lean practices and change management.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Experience in leading and building high-performing teams.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
