Program Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our organization as a full-time Technical Program Manager. In this new role, you will be responsible for providing expert program management to a multi-year transformation program that will shape the future of our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior leaders to enable a key strategic pillar of our marketplace strategy. You will have a unique opportunity to develop and grow your career by leading the execution of the largest organizational initiative and frequently engaging with C-Suite and Business Unit leaders.

You bring extensive experience in program management and thrive in fast-paced environments. You have successfully led tech-heavy projects and contributed to organizational transformations. Known for your expertise in strategy implementation and delivery, you embody resilience, energy, and a proactive approach.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for delivering programs/projects according to agreed objectives, plans, and budget on behalf of the program sponsor.
  • Establish mechanisms to track benefits realization across Technology, Product, and Data during and post-completion of the transformation program.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of deliverables to realize transformation benefits as planned.
  • Create a collaborative program management culture, organizing ceremonies for lean and effective performance of the transformation team.
  • Identify, manage, plan, and coordinate activities and resources across the transformation program.
  • Engage key stakeholders and cascade program progress throughout delivery.
  • Establish an enterprise portfolio view to capture and manage dependencies across all programs of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Skills and Experience

- 10 or more years of experience in senior program management roles

- Experience in managing enterprise-level technology, product, and data transformations

- Proven track record of leading large cross-functional teams through complex technology-based programs of work

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, including leading executive teams and senior management on projects

- Detailed practical experience of delivering programs and projects utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies

- Experience in managing vendor partners supporting delivery in geographically diverse locations

- Ability to manage ambiguity and lead autonomously

- Strong problem-solving skills, in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

- Grit, rigor, impact, teamwork, and a strong sense of ownership are essential for this transformation role
