- Support a Senior Broker with admin support

You will be part of a small, experienced team, passionate about the industry they work in and part of an established brokerage. They have a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service with a strong client base.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing a pipeline of mortgage files
- Preparing all required loan documentation within agreed service levels
- Managing and responding to client queries and requests if Broker is not available
- Document verification and processing
- Managing the database and CRM
- Communication with high value clients

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous experience working with a Broker OR banking background
- Experience using FLEX and AFG
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised & proficient at multi-tasking
