**Purpose of the role**:
To sit at the heart of the Distribution team, providing administrative support to the Executive and Senior BPs across Distribution. Ensuring the efficient running of the processes and tasks across distribution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the tailoring of business Service and SLAM plans for Authorised Brokers
- Manage CBNs Distribution Platform and system including Salesforce and Qlik
- Collate Broker feedback and proactively seek to improve outcomes for the network
- Monitor and organise the Distribution team mailbox and respond to relevant queries
- Provide a high standard of confidential and administration support including; the producing and updating of correspondence, presentations, reports and documents for Executives and Business Partners with the use of PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.
- Coordinate appointments, agendas, lunch and learns, travel arrangements and assist with Broker functions
- Accurately direct any brokers enquiries to the relevant team members within CBN
- Communicate and liaise with colleagues, Authorised Brokers and Stakeholders professionally
- Ad-hoc requests as required by Executives and Business Partners
- Knowledge of the General Insurance broking operations (preferred but not essential)
- Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Administration and / or PA experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and task management skills
- Stakeholder engagement
