We passionately support Finance Brokers who specialise in asset finance via aggregation services, marketing, lead generation, customer relationships, technology, and business management; all with the objective of helping them to achieve exceptional outcomes.

The Role

The Broker Administration Assistant is responsible for the professional onboarding of all new Aggregation clients and providing general administrative support to our business and clients. This includes professional liaison with our broker clients, lenders, insurers, and various suppliers. The role also incorporates administrative duties that enable the smooth operation of our Melbourne office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of new Aggregation broker onboarding, which includes activities such as collection and vetting of application details; completion and recording of relevant background checks; and filing of Aggregation agreements.
  • Coordination and processing of all new broker lender and insurer accreditations
  • Set up and maintenance of Broker's Ambition Cloud (our system) tenancy. Information such as Broker details, bank information, disclosure documents are all kept in our system, and it is the responsibility of this role to enter and keep that information accurate.
  • Coordination of termination process should any Brokers leave our Aggregation network, including notification to lenders.
  • General support to all Aggregation clients, including assistance to and coordination of their enquiries.

The Experience we are Looking for:

We are seeking candidates with a solid foundation in data entry and administrative tasks, with a keen eye for detail. Ideally, this experience would be within the asset finance or finance brokerage sectors. Experience in Zendesk would be highly desired. Proficiency in systems and Microsoft Office applications is essential, along with strong organisational and planning abilities. A customer service mindset is crucial for this role, so we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is passionate about helping others and driving business success.
