We are seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to manage a portfolio of strata claims from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include managing claim forms, policies and endorsements, client instructions and other records to determine coverage;

investigating claims by conducting office-based analysis of physical damage details, interviewing claimants and comparing claim information with evidence;

setting loss reserves and updating when changes in circumstances become apparent;

preparing reports by collecting and summarising information required;

settling claims after determining the insurance carrier's liability.

","Key Skills and Qualifications:"> "
A strong understanding of insurance terminology, practices and conditions is highly desirable;

previous experience in strata claims/general insurance environment is also desirable;

a thorough knowledge of insurance processes and procedures;

excellent customer service skills, high attention to detail, organised and highly skilled in prioritising;

exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
