Job Role

The Property Claims Consultant will have a pivotal role in handling claims efficiently, gaining trust and confidence within the served markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in property or strata insurance, a passion for customer service, and a strong background in claims management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Strata Property claims, ensuring effective and accurate processing
  • Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, determining coverage and liability
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless claims process
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with policyholders and stakeholders
  • Participate in negotiations with policyholders and relevant parties to reach fair settlements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established policies and guidelines

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Prior experience in Property or Strata claims related roles highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
