Strata Claims Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to manage a portfolio of strata claims.
The ideal candidate will possess high attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to provide support and advice to policyholders during the claims process.
- Manage a portfolio of strata claims by examining claim forms, policies and endorsements, client instructions and other records to determine coverage.
- Investigate claims by conducting office-based analysis of physical damage details, interviewing claimants and comparing claim information with evidence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata claims, providing support and advice to policyholders, examining claim forms and policies, investigating claims, and settling claims after determining liability.
