Main Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of strata claims efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process.
- Analyse claim forms, policies, and endorsements to determine coverage accurately.
- Investigate claims through office-based analysis and interviewing claimants thoroughly.
- Set loss reserves and update when changes in circumstances become apparent.
- Prepare detailed reports by collecting and summarising information required.
- Ensure claims are settled fairly after determining insurance carrier liability.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Show high attention to detail and organisational skills.
