Coldbuster Floor Heating is a vibrant, dynamic, family-owned and operated business operating throughout Australia. Located in a comfortable office/warehouse in Frenchs Forest, we pride ourselves on our great reputation and running a team with dedication and friendliness.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team and be responsible for providing customers with the best possible solutions for their projects, as well as collaborating with the team on sales initiatives.

**Duties include, but are not limited to the following**:
Primary - sales-related functions, including:

- all aspects of the quoting process
- taking orders and payments
- following up with clients for more information to allow us to provide quotations
- following up with clients after quotations
- maximizing benefit from CRM and sales/marketing initiatives
- other sales activities as may be required

**Secondary - assist with**:

- doing heat plans (full training provided) from time to time
- specific tasks/projects for Management from time to time
- relieving other staff positions when required
- any other tasks as may be requested or otherwise typical in a business of this size/type
- being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise
- provide advice on all aspects of the business
- act with passion/interest as if it is his/her own business
