What you can expect
The Sales Operations Manager supports our Global Customer Experience (CX) Sales organization across APJ and plays a critical role in strategy execution and business operations. This person will execute against defined strategic programs, measure their effectiveness, and iterate based on insights. They will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the entire Go-to-Market ecosystem—including Sales, Marketing, Partners, and CX sales —to drive alignment and accelerate growth. The role demands a unique mix of project management excellence, business analytics rigor, and excellent stakeholder communication
This person must be highly organized, capable of managing and reporting on multiple fast-moving programs simultaneously. They must also bring a SaaS background and a proactive, self-starting mindset. A background in CX is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is comfortable using data to inform decisions and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
**This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Singapore**

What We're Looking For
- Have excellent experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, or data management
- Have significant management experience with a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion
- Have a solid SaaS background with experience collaborating across the go-to-market landscape (Sales, Marketing, Partners, and CX)
- Have a demonstrated ability to execute and measure strategic programs with pace and precision
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams while effectively communicating progress and outcomes
- Have a solid business acumen and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Have excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude who takes initiative and drives outcomes
- Have excellent reporting, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
