Looking for your next temporary role? Randstad is on the hunt for customer service enthusiasts
Conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane CBD & accessible by public transport
Multiple temporary positions available, offering full-time hours on a 6-month contract (likely to be extended)
Paying $37.86 per hour + super
Monday - Friday scheduled roster provided in advance
Scheduled hours are between 8am-8pm (applicants must be available during this time period)

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer calls and email enquiries
Deliver accurate and timely information
Escalate complex issues when required
Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs)
What we are looking for
Customer service experts with a genuine passion for helping customers
Previous experience in a busy customer-focused role (contact centre experience is a bonus)
Resilient, positive, and solution-focused — skills that are essential for this position
The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting
Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
A tech-savvy approach when using a dual screen, multiple systems, and a headset
Available for the next 6 months (no planned leave or holidays)

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for at least 6 months
Applicants must have access to 100 points of ID and be able and willing to pass a criminal history check (cost covered by Randstad)
Applicants must be able to pass a drug & alcohol check as part of the onboarding process (cost covered by Randstad)
