Position details
  • Location: conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane CBD & accessible by public transport
  • Contract: multiple temporary positions available, full-time hours on a 6 month contract (likely to be extended)
  • Pay: $37.86 per + super
  • Roster: Monday - Friday scheduled roster provided in advance
  • Hours: scheduled hours are between 8am-8pm; applicants must be available during this time period

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer calls and email enquiries
  • Deliver accurate and timely information
  • Escalate complex issues when required
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
  • Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs)
What we are looking for
  • Customer service experts that have a genuine passion for helping their customers
  • Previous experience in a busy customer-focused role (contact centre experience a bonus)
  • Resilient, positive, and solution-focused - skills that are essential for this position
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting
  • Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • A tech-savvy approach when it comes to using a dual screen, multiple systems and a headset
  • Available for the next 6 months (no leave or holidays planned)
Consider before applying
  • Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for at least 6 months
  • Applicants must have access to 100 points of ID and be able and willing to pass a criminal history check (cost covered by Randstad)
  • Applicants must be able to pass a drug & alcohol check as part of the onboarding process (cost covered by Randstad)
