**COMMERCIAL LEADER - DIGITAL FIRST SOLUTION**

Reporting to the Head of Property, the Commercial Leader is responsible for leading a team of digital adjusters and a claims management team to develop the capability of our colleagues and deliver exceptional performance, client outcomes, portfolio growth, governance and continuous improvement.

Ensuring that low value commercial property claims are assessed and proactively managed to settlement efficiently with particular emphasis on delivering customer service and claim outcomes in line with KPI & SLA expectations.

**About you**
- A minimum of 10 years Loss Adjusting experience or 5 years in a similar role with 5 years loss adjusting experience.
- Current knowledge and demonstrated experience managing commercial property claims.
- Wide knowledge of the insurance market (claims lifecycle) including the legislative framework, applicable codes, and products
- Deep understanding of client requirements as it relates to outsourced business processes and functions
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of process requirements of administrative hearings and litigation
- Knowledge of data management systems and processes
