As a Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leading our commercial governance and financial performance across key customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by developing and presenting business cases and financial models for new and existing opportunities
  • Support customer reviews, renewals, and contract implementations to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive commercial outcomes
  • Ensure accurate billing, revenue capture, and compliance with contractual terms to maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and cost efficiencies to drive business results
  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand business drivers and influence outcomes to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • A commercially astute leader with a strong background in transport, logistics, or a similar industry
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior commercial or finance role with a proven track record of delivering commercial outcomes
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA preferred) with strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A hands-on approach with a focus on action and results to drive business outcomes
  • Familiarity with SAP and other financial systems to manage P&L and deliver commercial results
