Overview
Lead Strategic Growth in the Northeast Power Sector
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead client engagement, business development, and strategic growth across the dynamic and evolving energy landscape of the Northeast Region.
Drive HDR's market share and revenue growth across the Northeast (New England, NY, NJ, PA, OH, WV, VA, MD, DE).
Serve as a trusted advisor to key utilities and power developers, understanding their goals and aligning HDR's capabilities to meet their needs.
Lead major pursuits and campaigns, develop winning strategies, and guide proposal efforts that reflect deep client insight.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the power market, with a strong track record in client development and strategic leadership.
Proven success in leading major business development efforts and building long-term client relationships.
Deep understanding of the Northeast energy market.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
