Overview

Lead Strategic Growth in the Northeast Power Sector

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead client engagement, business development, and strategic growth across the dynamic and evolving energy landscape of the Northeast Region.

  • Drive HDR's market share and revenue growth across the Northeast (New England, NY, NJ, PA, OH, WV, VA, MD, DE).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key utilities and power developers, understanding their goals and aligning HDR's capabilities to meet their needs.
  • Lead major pursuits and campaigns, develop winning strategies, and guide proposal efforts that reflect deep client insight.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the power market, with a strong track record in client development and strategic leadership.
  • Proven success in leading major business development efforts and building long-term client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the Northeast energy market.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
