**About the opportunity**
- Assisting with any administrative activities associated with the recruitment lifecycle including scheduling of interviews & coordinating pre-employment background checks
- Management of the Help Desk ticketing system for internal TA related queries
- Assisting with the coordination of internal and external event management including Careers Fairs, Projects and internal TA events/ workshops, etc.
- Monthly and adhoc reporting as requested by TA Leaders
- Assisting and supporting process development, continuous improvement and team projects

**About you**:
As an applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative skills with exemplary attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance conflicting priorities to deliver against customer and business requirements
- A high level of drive and commitment
- Proficiency in MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (skilled in data and system management)
- A Diploma or Degree Qualification in HR or relevant area is desirable
- Experience within Human Resource/Talent Acquisition will be highly regarded
