Recruitment Business Partner

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Business Partner to join our national Talent Acquisition team. In this full-time, permanent role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment across Adelaide for early careers talent and professional hires in business services, tax, audit, and advisory.

This position involves student engagement, learning, and development programs, as well as building strategic relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers and people & culture business partners to understand workforce needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Proactively build and engage talent pools across key markets to meet business objectives
  • Advise on talent strategies, sourcing techniques, market trends, and best practice to enhance the overall recruitment process
  • Represent the organization at university, high school, and industry events to promote our brand and attract early careers talent
  • Coordinate graduate/vacation program activities, including inductions, development workshops, and connection events
  • Facilitate workshops for early career team members and leaders to enhance capability and drive performance
  • Promote the organization's value proposition and inclusive culture to attract and retain top talent

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a dedicated talent acquisition role, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and recruitment campaigns
  • Experience proactively sourcing and building talent pools, with a keen eye for market trends and best practice
  • Strong understanding of diversity & inclusion, employer branding, strategic sourcing, student engagement, and learning & development principles
