**The Department**

The SBS Settlement Guide is an important resource for many SBS audiences. Produced weekly in dozens of languages, the Settlement Guide aims to build key skills, knowledge and understanding of those new to life in Australia across topics such as employment, health and safety, language, education and more.

The SBS Audio Language Content Settlement Guide Partnership Coordinator will play a key role in identifying and supporting partnership growth opportunities from forming relationships, confirming and implementing partnership agreements as well as account managing and nurturing existing partnerships to ensure continued success.

The Role
- Develop partnerships with government organisations to distribute Settlement Guide 'Welcome Packs' to migrants who have recently arrived in Australia to enable faster/smoother integration into society and community participation
- Working with NGOs, on timely content initiatives, ie, disaster relief and bushfire preparedness, mental health support, job seeking services
- Identify, prioritise, and establish relationships with potential key partners to grow the Community Impact strategy.
- Working in with the Settlement Guide Editor and Content Producer to align timelines and partnerships the operational lifecycle for the Expanded Settlement Guide project.
- Implement partnership agreements in a formal manner with a clear roadmap, stakeholder management and milestone delivery of tasks to include training, go to market, marketing and PR plans, customer journey and tech integration to ensure a successful roll-out
- Measure the success of partnerships agreements based on agreed KPIs
- Experience influencing across different functions/levels in a cross-functional environment and working with executive-level managers, and comfortable presenting ideas and influencing executive internal/external stakeholders.
- Responsible for database development and growth with the Local Government Areas, sector and government.
- Create strategic lead lists and manage your pipeline to build partnerships.
- Plan, prepare and send regular comms such as eDMs, press releases.
- Work on rebrand materials including the preparation of quotes, arrange production, quantities, and supply & distribution.

**About you**
- Ability to work as a team and autonomously within an organisation to drive alignment and key deliverables.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering successful partnership strategies that have met and exceeded KPI's and targets
- Can manage multi-dimensional projects across a broad and complex range of stakeholders
- The ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in a corporate partnership, account management or audience success team. Preferably an understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Experience working with Government and key sector enterprises a benefit
