Global Hotel Group seeks driven HR Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be instrumental in the coaching, mentoring and overall development of managers for health and safety as well as bringing new ways to roll out training to all employees on maintaining a safety culture. You will be responsible for the majority of HR duties, providing HR advice to the national business, end to end recruitment of both blue and white collar roles, implementing policies and procedures and performance management across the business.

To be considered for this role you will have been working in a similar role and looking to expand your skills in this growing organisation. You will have excellent communication skills, and show your drive and determination to work in an exciting company.

Paying $100,000 + super and a full suite of group benefits.
