Lead HR Manager - ANZ Region

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive the development and implementation of best practices across the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a strong HR function that drives business outcomes and influences organizational culture.
  • Streamline HR processes and implement new ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures, as well as performance management frameworks, across the business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in HR management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
